Refund policy
Effective from publication on 13 September 2026. Policy history and previous versions. The terms agreed when you placed your order remain relevant to that order. Later changes do not retrospectively reduce contractual or statutory rights. Mandatory consumer rights always prevail.
Contact and online cancellation

Cancel or return an order: sign in using your order email and the verification code, select your order and confirm the cancellation or return request. You receive an email acknowledging the request. You can also notify us by email, WhatsApp or a clear written statement to our registered address. A valid statutory withdrawal does not depend on our approval.
14-day right of withdrawal
For consumer distance purchases of eligible products, you may withdraw without giving a reason from placing your order until 14 days after the day you or your nominated recipient, other than the carrier, receive the goods. For goods from one order delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last item. Sending your withdrawal notice before the deadline is sufficient. This includes changing your mind about the appearance of an otherwise conforming standard product. More extensive mandatory rights remain unaffected.
Free collection of eligible returns
We arrange free collection from the delivery address using our own vehicle or an appointed collection partner. You do not need to book a courier or send heavy furniture to our registered office. Contact us and we will agree a collection appointment without undue delay. Our collection schedule does not shorten your notification period or postpone your statutory refund deadline. There is no return collection, cancellation or restocking fee and no automatic percentage deduction.
Please keep the product safe and reasonably protected and include supplied parts. Original packaging is helpful but its absence or assembly alone does not automatically remove your withdrawal right. Where permitted by law, you may be responsible for an evidenced reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and functioning. Simply disliking the appearance does not create such a deduction.
Refunds
Following a valid withdrawal, we reimburse your payment, including any applicable basic outbound delivery charge, without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving your notice. As we offer to collect the goods, reimbursement is not conditional on our completing collection. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee. Any lawful diminished-value deduction will be explained; it is not a fixed percentage.
Natural stone and photograph confirmation
Marble and travertine naturally vary in tone, veining and texture. Photographs illustrate the stone's characteristics; each piece has its own pattern. Variations consistent with the agreed stone type, finish, description and any expressly agreed characteristics are not, by themselves, defects. This does not excuse damage, the wrong material or finish, or a material departure from the contract. Before dispatch, we provide photographs of your piece for confirmation of its appearance. This confirmation does not waive your statutory withdrawal or faulty-goods rights, or turn a standard catalogue product into a personalised product. Photographs and your confirmation form part of the record of what was agreed.
Individually commissioned products
All our products are manufactured after an order is placed. This alone does not exclude the right of withdrawal. Standard catalogue sizes and options remain eligible, including orders placed by email or WhatsApp. Goods made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded where the statutory exception applies and was explained before purchase. For example, a standard 180 × 90 cm table remains eligible; a 190 × 70 cm table individually commissioned outside our standard catalogue options may fall within the exception. Resale difficulty alone does not determine this. Any exception is identified in the quotation and order confirmation. Faulty, damaged, incorrectly sized or otherwise non-conforming goods retain their statutory remedies.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
Contact us if your product is damaged, faulty, not as described or otherwise does not conform to the contract. We arrange the appropriate remedy and necessary collection at our expense under applicable consumer law. Please report visible damage promptly, ideally with photographs. Not reporting within 48 hours or not recording damage at delivery does not itself remove your statutory rights. Signing for delivery or approving pre-dispatch photographs does not waive those rights.
