Dining Tables
Usually 6–8 weeks from payment. Room placement, assembly and removal of packaging are included where the access route is suitable.
Smaller Furniture
Coffee, nesting and side tables, and consoles, are normally delivered to the building entrance. We aim to send these sooner; ask us for the estimate for your piece.
The details
Make Room for Arrival.
Check the full route to the intended room against the dimensions of your chosen table. Product pages also include an approximate weight, which is useful when planning access.
- Doors & corridors: measure the narrowest clear opening, including turns along the route.
- Stairs & landings: consider width, corners and the space needed to manoeuvre.
- Lifts: check the opening, internal dimensions and weight capacity.
If access is tight or specialist lifting may be needed, contact us before ordering. Standard delivery cannot make a piece fit through an unsuitable route.
Coffee tables and consoles arrive with assembly instructions in the box. Room delivery and assembly are not included in the usual service for these smaller categories; discuss any special arrangement with our team in advance.

First, a Look At Your Finished Piece.
We share photographs and video of your finished order for approval before dispatch. This is part of our standard process for every order.
Once it is ready, the next stage is collection by the carrier. If you need an update, our team can confirm whether your order is in production, packed, in transit or being arranged for delivery.

A Little More Detail.
When does the delivery timeframe begin?
Normally, the timeframe begins when payment is made. With an agreed alternative payment arrangement, it begins after written agreement on the specification, price and payment terms, and approval of the order by our team.
What if my furniture arrives damaged?
Tell us as soon as you notice the problem. Photographs of the piece and packaging help us assess it and arrange the appropriate solution. We remain your point of contact, so you will not have to resolve the matter with the carrier alone.
Is every product delivered in 6–8 weeks?
That is our usual dining-table timeframe. We aim to send smaller furniture sooner, but the estimate depends on the particular piece. Our team can confirm the current timing before you order.
