Your Brontë & Buell Guide / How Your Order Is Made

Brontë & Buell · The furniture guide

From Your First Idea.
To Your Favourite Piece.

Choosing stone furniture should feel as considered as the piece itself. Here is how we bring your order from selection to delivery, with a clear view of your finished furniture before it leaves us.

Made personal

A Considered Journey.

01

Choose Your Piece

Start with the design, stone and dimensions that suit your room. For another stone or a bespoke size, speak with our team before placing your order.

02

Made for Your Order

Your specification guides the work. Ordering several pieces in the same stone? We consider how they will look together, not just individually.

03

See It Before Dispatch

We share photographs and video of every finished order for your approval before dispatch. You can see the natural character of your own piece.

The details

Time, Clearly Explained.

Dining tables usually reach you within 6–8 weeks from payment. We aim to send coffee tables, nesting tables, side tables and consoles sooner; the current estimate depends on the piece and can be confirmed by our team.

Where an alternative payment arrangement has been agreed, the timeframe begins once the specification, price and payment arrangement are agreed in writing and our team has approved the order.

A finished or packed piece has not necessarily been collected by the carrier. We distinguish production, ready for dispatch, in transit and delivery when we update you.

The details

Your Stone. Your Approval.

Natural veining and colour are part of what makes your furniture individual. Catalogue photography shows the design and stone character; the images we send before dispatch show your actual finished order.

If you would like to see slab photographs, workshop images or examples of previous pieces before ordering, our team can help arrange them.

For an update after ordering, share your order number or the email used at checkout so we can locate the right order.

Good to know

A Little More Detail.

Can I change something after ordering?

If production has not begun, a change may still be possible. Contact our team as soon as you can; we will check the stage of your order and confirm any change before it is made.

Will matching pieces look consistent?

For pieces ordered together in the same stone, we cut from the same slab where possible, or from slabs of the same selection from the same quarry. This creates harmony while preserving the natural variation of real stone.
